Derek Jeter left the Yankees on Sunday to join Team USA for the World Baseball Classic, and will suit up against New York in an exhibition game on Tuesday.

"It'll be like an intrasquad game," Jeter said.

Jeter is excited to play for his country at the WBC again.

Jeter said: "I really am looking forward to it. I enjoyed myself last time, with the exception of the results."
