Indians shortstop Jhonny Peralta claims that steroids are extremely easy to acquire in the Dominican Republic. Peralta says that he knows infamous trainer Angel Presinal, but hasn't worked out with him. "I know a lot of players work out with him in his gym," Peralta said, "but he's from Santo Domingo. That's about three hours from where I live." He went on to discuss the ease of acquiring illegal substances in the Dominican. "You can buy whatever," Peralta said. "They don't ask why you're using it. They sell it and they're making money." Peralta says he was never tempted to buy or use steroids. "I don't want to lie to people," he said. "I want to play natural."
