Major League Baseball officials are considering filing a grievance against the Players Association.

The league is upset over allegations that union official Gene Orza gave Alex Rodriguez and other players advance notice of steroid tests in 2004.

Tipping off players about drug tests would violate the collective bargaining agreement between MLB and the Players Association.
