Relief pitcher Frank Francisco has agreed to a $1.6M, one-year deal with the Rangers, as reported by the Associated Press on Monday.

Francisco went 3-5 with five saves and a 3.13 ERA last season. He took over as the Rangers? closer on August 25 and didn?t allow an earned run in his final 11 appearances.
