Pitcher Jesse Foppert, continuing his mountainous climb back from "Tommy John" surgery these many years ago, will return on another minor-league deal with the Giants and report to minor-league spring training.

RealGM Note: Back in 2003 before Tim Lincecum and Matt Cain came along, Foppert was touted as the Giants' best young pitching prospect.
