The Dodgers re-signed reliever Yhency Brazoban today, one of 15 players signed to minor league contracts. The list also includes infielder Juan Castro, whom the Dodgers tried to sign as a utility infielder last season, and Luis Maza, who filled that role in the absence of a veteran such as Castro. Brazoban, 28, appeared in two games last season, rehabilitating from a shoulder injury and slow to regain his conditioning. He saved 21 games in place of the injured Eric Gagne in 2005 but has pitched just 9 2/3 innings -- with no saves -- in the three years since then. All 15 players have been invited to spring training. The others: left-handers Carmen Cali, Brian Mazone, Jacobo Meque, Stephen Randolph and Erick Threets; right-handers Travis Chick, Nick DeBarr, Edgar Martinez and Scott Strickland; middle infielder Hector Luna and two first basemen/outfielders: Mitch Jones and Val Pascucci.
