The Twins waited until the 5th inning to get started, but once they did they poured out four runs in the 5th and four in the 9th.

Justin Morneau hit a three-run home run in the top of the 9th to give the Twins a nice cushion.

Kyle Lohse pitched five solid innings, giving up just one run on five hits.

The Minnesota bullpen was flawless, pitching four scoreless innings to secure the victory.
