The Office of the Commissioner of Baseball announced Tuesday that Yankees' pitcher Sergio Mitre and Phillies' pitcher J.C. Romero have received 50-game suspensions for testing positive for a performance-enhancing substance in violation of Major League Baseball's Joint Drug Prevention and Treatment Program.
