Second baseman Mark DeRosa is excited to begin his career in Cleveland after being traded from Chicago recently.

"It's strange how your life can change in the matter of one phone call," DeRosa said.

However, he's still shocked following the news.

"I'd be lying if I said I wasn't shocked a little bit," DeRosa said. "But after the [Jake] Peavy saga was unfolding, I knew my name was out there. I'm excited to go to Cleveland and excited to go to third base."
