Interest In Garret Anderson Picks Up

Yahoo! - The Athletics and Rays are reportedly interested in the services of outfielder Garret Anderson.

The Angels have made no move to retain Anderson after re-signing fellow outfielder Juan Rivera.

Anderson told MLB.com that he would be open to playing right field, where Vladimir Guerrero has been entrenched in Los Angeles.

"I'm very comfortable in right, as well as left," said Anderson. "I'm just waiting to see what's out there." [READ]
