Royals' Zack Greinke To Braves?

Kansas City Star - There has been a recent resurgence of rumors that the Braves could swing a deal for Royals' starting pitcher Zack Greinke.

At last week's winter meetings, the talk was about a deal involving Braves outfielder Jeff Francoeur.

Now rumors claim that the Braves would get Greinke and José Guillen in exchange for shortstop Yunel Escobar and at least two top prospects.

However, Kansas City GM Dayton Moore is denying the rumors.

"We've made it very clear from day one we want to do this with pitching, and with starting pitching," he said. "We're not about to break down our impactful pitching at this time." [READ]
