Phillies Working To Re-Sign Moyer

MLB.com - With Raul Ibanez signed to replace Pat Burrell, the Phillies have reportedly stepped up their efforts to re-sign veteran pitcher Jamie Moyer.

Sports Illustrated is reporting that the team worked late at the winter meetings on Thursday to keep Moyer in Philadelphia.

Moyer is likely to sign a two-year deal for about $15 million although nothing official has been announced. [READ]
