New York Times - If Andy Pettitte truly wants to pitch for the Yankees next season, he better speed up negotiations with GM Brian Cashman.

The Yankees hope to officially add CC Sabathia to their rotation after his scheduled physical next week, and they hope to land A.J. Burnett with their recent five-year, $80 million offer.

Once Sabathia officially joins the team and should Burnett agree to terms, that would leave just one spot in the team's five-man expected rotation. [READ]
