Free-agent closer Brian Fuentes has reportedly scheduled a trip to visit with the Mets as part of his decision-making process.

The Rockies, who are expected to offer Fuentes arbitration in hopes of acquiring extra draft picks, are not in the chase to sign the pitcher.
