The free agent pool increased on Friday as 42 more players filed for free agency, including a number of notable pitchers.

Kerry Wood, Pedro Martinez, John Smoltz, Mark Prior, Curt Schilling, Bartolo Colon, Randy Wolf, Mark Hendrickson, Darren Oliver, and LaTroy Hawkins were just some of the pitchers that entered the market on Friday.
