Alex Rodriguez attended Yom Kippur services with Madonna and her three children in Times Square last week without director Guy Ritchie, whom she is now in the process of divorcing.

"A-Rod and Madonna are more involved than ever," a source close to Rodriguez told USmagazine.com.

The two "are definitely romantic," the source added.

Rodriguez and Madonna have discussed opening a chain of gyms together.

In September, Rodriguez and his wife reached an out-of-court, confidential divorce settlement, avoiding a messy and costly legal battle.

Madonna and Ritchie have been reportedly separated for over a year.
