Red Sox right fielder J.D. Drew may sit tonight's Game Three against the Angels to rest his sore back.

With left-hander Joe Saunders on the mound, Manager Terry Francona could opt to play switch-hitting Coco Crisp in center and move Jacoby Ellsbury to right.

"If there?s any doubt about him playing a back-to-back day, that?s what we would do," said Francona. "So we?ll get to that in a little while."
