Some around the Rangers believe that Milton Bradley deserves a lucrative long-term deal with the team, according to Star-Telegram. Bradley said recently that he wants to be paid like "one of the elite players in the game" and desires "a long-term contract." He did have issues remaining healthy this season but appeared focused and determined when in the lineup this season. "There?s always going to be a negative knock on me," Bradley said last Friday. "If they?re not going to talk about my attitude, or incidents, then they?re going to talk about my health." Bradley is hitting .316 with 22 home runs and 74 RBI in 121 games through Sunday.
