Dodgers' hitting coach Don Mattingly believes that Manny Ramirez could be the best righthanded hitter of his generation, according to The St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

"I feel like Manny is the best righthanded hitter I've ever seen," said Mattingly. "To me, he's pretty much as good as it gets. ... He's a worker. I know people don't want to think that, but he works his butt off. He has a great time playing."
