Starter Chris Waters will make his Major League debut for the Orioles on Tuesday night against the Angels, according to The Associated Press.

Waters was 8-6 with a 4.65 ERA in 24 games at Double-A Bowie and Triple-A Norfolk this season.

The Orioles moved pitcher Jim Hoey from the 15-day to the 60-day disabled list to make room for Waters.
