Magglio Ordonez is set to rejoin the Tigers as the team prepares for the second half of the season, according to The Associated Press.

He has been on the disabled list since June 29 with a pulled oblique, but Detroit plans to activate him prior to the team's game against Baltimore.

Ordonez has a .307 batting average with 12 homers and 50 RBIs this year.
