Houston's Oswalt Hopes To Make Next Start
2nd July, 2008 - 5:43 pm
ESPN - Astros' pitcher Roy Oswalt hopes to make his next scheduled start despite a strained left hip, according to The Associated Press.

"I think I'll be OK," he said. "Just going to see how it feels in two days."

Oswalt struck out nine and allowed just one run in six innings during Houston's 4-1 win against the Dodgers on Monday night. However, he left the game with the hip issue.

He is due to start against the Braves on Saturday.

"If I do miss, maybe it's only one or two more days," said Oswalt. "Either way I look at it, I'm going to get two starts before the All-Star break." [READ]
