Miguel Cabrera left the Tigers game on Monday night in the third inning with a left hip flexor, according to The Detroit News.

"He's had this before," Manager Jim Leyland said of Cabrera.

Detroit has yet to decide whether or not Cabrera will miss time with the injury.
