Blue Jays' pitcher Roy Halladay is still expected to make his next start for the team despite taking a liner to the head on Friday night, according to The Associated Press.

Halladay was struck near the right temple by a line drive off the bat of Nyjer Morga in the seventh inning of what ultimately was a 1-0 loss to the Pirates Friday.

However, fellow Blue Jays' starter Shaun Marcum was placed on the 15-day disabled list because of a strained right elbow.
