Is Wang's Season In Jeopardy?

The New York Times - The Yankees completed a sweep of the Astros on Sunday but may have lost their number one starter in the process, according to The New York Times.

Chien-Ming Wang hurt his foot while running from second base to home plate in the top of the sixth inning. He told reporters afterward that he heard a pop, which could indicate a season-ending ligament injury.

“That’s a manager’s worst nightmare,” Joe Girardi said. “Pitchers on the basepaths.”

He will have an MRI on Monday to determine the damage. [READ]
