Homer Bailey, the Reds' top pitching prospect, is expected to be called up to start in the finale of a series with the Phillies on Thursday, as reported by Yahoo.com.

It will be the first start of the season for Bailey, who is 4-4 with a 4.15 ERA in 12 starts with Class AAA Louisville.
