Curtis Granderson could return for the Tigers next week after missing the opening portion of the season with a broken bone in his right hand, according to the Detroit Free Press.

The best-case scenario would be for Granderson to start a short rehab stint this weekend, allowing him to return to the Tigers sometime next week.
