1. Boston Red Sox: 95-100 wins. Players to watch are outfielders Manny Ramirez and Jacob Ellsbury.

2. New York Yankees: 90 95 wins. Players to watch are second baseman Robinson Cano and right-handed pitcher Phillip Hughes.

3. Toronto Blue Jays: 75-80 wins. Players to watch are third baseman Scott Rolen and right-handed pitcher A.J. Burnett.

4. Tampa Bay RaysL 75-80 wins. Players to watch are outfielder Carl Crawford and right-handed pitcher Matt Garza.

5. Baltimore Orioles: 55-60 wins. Players to watch are outfielders Nick Markakis and Adam Jones.

American League Central

1. Detroit Tigers: 90-95 wins. Players to watch are first baseman Carlos Guillen and shortstop Edgar Renteria.
