Jury Rules Indians Not Responsible For Fan Blinded By Ball

A jury says the Cleveland Indians aren't responsible for injuries to a New York man hit by a foul ball and blinded in one eye at a baseball game in July 2012.

Cleveland.com reports the decision late last week in a Cleveland-area county court means Keith Rawlins, of Rochester, gets no money from his lawsuit against the team.

Jung Ho Kang Delayed By Visa Issues Related To DUI Arrest

Pittsburgh infielder Jung Ho Kang was placed on the restricted list by the Pirates while he is delayed in South Korea by visa issues related to a recent DUI arrest.

"It just is a reflection of the reality that he's not here today on March 11, and we need to get him into Bradenton to prepare for the 2017 season," Pirates president Frank Coonelly said Saturday.

Woman Arrested For Trespassing After Allegedly Stalking Tebow

A Colorado woman who had been "looking for and asking questions about" Tim Tebow was arrested and charged with trespassing after ignoring a warning to stay away from the Mets' spring training facility in Port St. Lucie, Florida, according to an incident report obtained by ESPN.

Michelle Marie Thompson, 36, was given a trespass warning on Feb. 26 and then arrested two days later after failing to heed instructions from the Port St. Lucie police department to leave the area.
