Dallas Keuchel Set For First Bullpen Session Of 2017

Jan 30, 2017 8:04 AM

Dallas Keuchel plans to throw his first bullpen session of the offseason on Thursday at Minute Maid Park.

Keuchel hasn't pitched off a mound since late August, when he made the final start of his injury-shortened season.

"It's going to feel a little bit better than what it usually does just based on the amount of time I've missed," he said. "I'm looking forward to hopefully playing until November this year, and I'm just going to take every day as it is."

Keuchel missed the final five weeks of the 2016 season because of a shoulder injury.
