Tampa Bay will receive two Minor League players in return.

Jepsen has a 2.81 ERA in 41.2 innings this season.

The Toronto Blue Jays have acquired Ben Revere from the Philadelphia Phillies, according to a report.

Revere is expected to play left field for the Blue Jays and could hit first.

He is controllable through arbitration through 2017.
